nThe Finance Specialist will support the company's financial operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, basic compliance, and reliable reporting. This role is suited for someone who can balance execution with analysis, without needing a therapy session every time a spreadsheet gets complicated.

NKey Responsibilities

n1. Financial Operations & Accounting

- Manage day-to-dayaccounting activities (AP, AR, invoicing, payments)

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
N
- Perform bank reconciliations and track financial transactions
N
- Support payroll inputs and final settlements
N

n2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial summaries
N
- Track key financial metrics and highlight trends or variances
N
- Support preparation of basic financial statements
N

n3. Budgeting & Planning

N

n
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
N
- Monitor actuals vs budget and flag deviations
N
- Support cash flow tracking and planning
N

n4. Compliance & Audit Support

N

n
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, TDS, etc.)
N
- Maintain records for audit readiness
N
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants when required
N

n5. Business Support

- Work with internal teams to track expenses and improve cost visibility
N
- Provide basic financialinputs to support decision-making
N
- Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks as needed

nPreferable skills

- Finance & Accounting Basics
N
- Strong understanding ofaccounting principles
N
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance
N
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting tools
N
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting
N
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field
N
- Experience in a startupor high-growth workplace is a plus
