NRole Overview

nWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead and drive enterprise-wide architecture

Nstrategy aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on digital transformation initiatives,

Nbusiness-IT alignment, and governance of the enterprise technology landscape.

NThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in defining and implementing enterprise

Narchitecture strategies, working closely with senior business stakeholders, and leading large-scale

Ntransformation programs.

NKey Responsibilities

- Define and implement enterprise architecture strategy aligned with organizational business goals

- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to translate business vision into technology
N

nroadmaps

n- Lead digital transformation programs including application modernization, cloud adoption, and

Nplatform optimization

- Develop target-state architecture across business, application, data, and technology domains
N
- Drive enterprise architecture governance through Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and
N

nstandardization frameworks

- Establish and monitor architecture KPIs to measure effectiveness, compliance, and business impact
N
- Lead application portfolio rationalization and modernization initiatives
N
- Evaluate and recommend technology platforms, frameworks, and tools aligned with enterprise
N

nstrategy

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and enterprise policies
N
- Provide architectural guidance for complex business problems and strategic initiatives
N

nRequired Skills & Experience

- Strong experiencein enterprise architecture strategy and execution

- Hands-on experience with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
N
- Experience in defining enterprise architecture roadmaps and target-state models

- Proven track record in leading digital transformation programs

- Exposure to applicationmodernization, microservices, and API-driven architectures
N
- Experience with cloud transformation initiatives (AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud environments)

nBusiness Alignment

- Strong ability toalign IT initiatives with business objectives
N
- Experience engaging with CXO-level stakeholders
N
- Exposure to business architecture, capability modeling, and operating models

nArchitecture Governance

- Experience in architecture governance frameworks and ARB processes

- Exposure to applicationportfolio rationalization and architecture compliance
N
- Ability to define KPIs and measure architecture effectiveness

nTechnology Landscape

N- Knowledge of modern technologies including:

No Cloud computing

no APIs and microservices

No DevSecOps

no Data and analytics platforms

NPreferred Qualifications

- Experience in domains such as Manufacturing, Logistics, Telecom, or BFSI

- Knowledge of EA tools such as LeanIX, ArchiMate, or equivalent

- Exposure to data analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau

- Awareness of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI (good to have)
