NAre you passionate about sales, counselling, and helping learners achieve their career goals? We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Learning Consultants / Senior Learning Consultants to join our growing team!

NKey Responsibilities:

NEngage with prospective learners through outbound calls, emails, chats, online demos, and trial sessions.

NUnderstand candidate requirements and recommend suitable learning programs.

NBuild solid relationships and drive enrolments.

NManage the complete salesfunnel from lead engagement to conversion.

NRegularly follow up with prospective candidates.





NEffectively use CRM toolsand maintain accurate sales data.

NConsistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

NWhat We're Looking For:

N1–6 years of experience in B2C Sales / Inside Sales.

NExcellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills.

NExperience with Dialler Operations and CRM management.

NKnowledge of Salesforce, LeadSquared, or similar CRM platforms is preferred.

NTarget-oriented mindset with strong ownership and perseverance.

NEdTech or startup experience will be an added advantage.
