NWe're looking for a Director of Development – Business Development

NLocation - Gurugram

nAbout the Company :

NThe organisation operatesin the serviced apartments, hospitality and branded living space, with a focus on building and managing high-quality accommodation assets through innovative operating, management and partnership structures.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Develop the market expansion strategies
N
- Identify key markets togrow the brand presence
N
- Contact and develop relationships with key hotel owners looking to deploy long term capital into the sector.
N
- Develop relationships with Real Estate Developers/Property owners and take service apartment buildings on revenue share or long-term leases and develop current innovative business structures.
N
- Source, negotiate and secure new long term third-party management and revenue share opportunities that fit the company's market or geographic strategy.
N
- Cultivate and maintain existing relationships with owners, lenders, brokers, consultants, and brands to expand a high-quality pipeline.
N
- Evaluate properties based on potential financial return, quality of operations, location, and overall fit within group portfolio.
N
- Negotiate management agreements and lease agreements.
N
- Perform other duties asrequested by management.
N

nCandidate Profile:

N

n
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA preferred.
N




- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality business development or a related field.
N
- Strong understanding ofthe hotel and lodging industry, including investment and operating proformas.
N
- Exposure to hospitality, capital markets or hotel investment underwriting would be advantageous.
N
- Knowledge of land-use regulations in India and approval-related complexities.
N
- International work experience would be desirable.
N
- Prior experience in third-party hotel management development, contracting, negotiations, capital markets and/or underwriting hospitality investment deals would be an advantage.
N
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
N
- Strong negotiation, commercial and relationship-management capabilities.
N
- Self-motivated, organised and results-driven, with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
N
- Demonstrated ability tobuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients, owners and business partners.
