NNote: Seeking candidates strictly from a development background. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience as a developer in the past and should have progressed into leadership roles, including project management and delivery.

NThe Technical Program Manager will oversee and coordinate complex technical projects combining full-stack software development and AI assistant integrations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions by managing cross-functional teams, driving program execution, and leveraging AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program management of full-stack development projects involving frontend, backend, and AI assistant components.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements, scope, and timelines, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals.

- Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple teams.
N
- Drive integration and deployment of AI assistant technologies (chatbots, NLP, automation) to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

- Facilitate cross-team communication with stakeholders, including product management, engineering, and business leaders.

- Monitor program metricsand deliver regular status updates to senior leadership.
N
- Ensure technical quality, adherence to best development practices, and continuous improvement.
N
- Oversee testing, code reviews, and deployment processes for full-stack and AI-assisted solutions.
N
- Stay current with emerging technologies in full-stack development and AI to recommend and implement best practices.

- Mentor and support teammembers on technical and project execution challenges.

nRequired Skills and Experience:

- Proven experiencemanaging full-stack software development projects with technologies such as React, Angular, Node.Js, Java, Python, or equivalent.

- Solid understanding ofAI assistants, chatbot platforms, natural language processing (NLP), or automation tools.

- Excellent program management skills with hands-on technical knowledge to coordinate complex projects.
N
- Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
N
- Strong problem-solving,organizational, and leadership skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

advanced certification in Project Management (PMP, Scrum Master) preferred.
