NWork Timings: 9 AM TO 6 PM or Evening Shift : 6:30 PM to 02:30 AM

NPreferred Candidate: Residing with family in Noida, greater Noida or Nearby

NKey Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

- Communicate clearly andcourteously with students and parents.
N
- Guide and assist students through processes (calls/chat/support tools).
N
- Maintain and update data records accurately.
N
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
N
- Use MS Excel for basic data management (filters, formatting, tracking sheets, etc.).
N
- Assist in scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks.
N
- Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
N
- Escalate issues to the management team when necessary.
N
- Provide basic technicalsupport (login assistance, form updates,



minor troubleshooting).

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum of 0-1 years of experience in customer service.
N
- Robust communication skills (verbal and written).
N
- Good command over MS Excel and basic computer operations.
N
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
N
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach.
N
- Basic technical understanding is a plus.
N
