- Act as the primary point of contact for all creative requests, ensuring structured intake, clear briefings, and production readiness.

- Review and validate incoming requests before production, ensuring completeness, clarity, defined deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.

- Assess project scope, complexity, timelines, and resource requirements to enable realistic planning and productive execution.
N
- Plan and assign work toappropriate resources based on required skills, priorities, and capacity.
N
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution, including task management, progress tracking, feedback loops, approvals, and final delivery.
N
- Proactively manage risks and bottlenecks, stepping in when timelines are at risk, priorities shift, or additional alignment is required.
N
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across Business Partners, the Creative Team, and relevant stakeholders.
N
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in the project management tool to ensure full visibility of progress, priorities, and workload.

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and trust across functions.
N
- Ensure all deliverablesmeet agreed scope, quality standards, and timelines.

nYour Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degreein marketing, communications, or a related field.
N
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing project management, or a similar role within a creative agency or marketing department
N
- Strong project management, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
N
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional and complex creative projects with multiple stakeholders in an international organization
N
- Proactive, open and highly organized, with the ability to build trusted relationships across functions and drive collaboration
N
- Experience working withMicrosoft Office, project management tools (e.G ClickUp or similar) and Adobe Creative Cloud
N
- Business fluent in English
