NAbout the Role

nCodeyoung is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Retention Manager to strengthen customer relationships, reduce churn, and drive customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and experience in retention, customer success, or account management.

- Engage with existing customers to understand concerns and improve retention.

- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.

- Handle cancellation andrefund requests while identifying opportunities for customer retention.

- Analyze customer feedback and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction.

- Conduct follow-up callsand emails to maintain customer engagement.

- Collaborate with sales,operations, and support teams to address customer issues.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and retention activities.

- Meet retention, renewal, and customer satisfaction targets.

nRequirements

- 1–3 years of experiencein Retention, Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar role.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle customer objections and resolve concerns effectively.

- Comfortable working in the US Shift (Night Shift).

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
