NWe are actively seeking afull-time Auditor to join our growing US Employee Benefits Plan Audit team located in Mumbai, India.

NResponsibilities:

- Read and understand Plan document, plan adoption agreement, and plan amendments
N
- Reconcile census to payroll records
N




- Design and execute audit plan for relevant compliance-based audit for the following areas:
N

no Employee and employer deferrals

No Plan eligibility

no Investment income allocation

No Plan loans

no Benefit payments

- Supervise a team of 1-2 people (For Senior level)
N
- Read and understand IRS5500 filings
N
- Read and understand TPAdiscrimination testing reports and findings/corrective actions
N
- Prepare/review GAAP based financial statement for employee benefit plans
N

nQualifications:

- 3 years of experience working in a public accounting firm.
N
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
N
