NJob Summary

nWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate Architect / Junior Architect to join our growing architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in designing, planning, and executing residential architectural projects, ensuring high-quality design, technical accuracy, and timely project delivery. This role offers an excellent prospect to work on premium villas, farmhouses, and residential developments from concept through execution.

NKey Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations.

- Develop GFCs (Good for Construction) drawings, working drawings, and detailed architectural drawings.
N
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
N
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
N
- Prepare design details,material specifications, and BOQs as required.
N
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues.
N
- Ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, standards, and project specifications.
N
- Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to achieve project objectives.

- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

nRequired Qualifications & Skills

N

- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture.
N
- Strong understanding ofarchitectural planning, detailing, and residential design.
N
- Experience in preparingGFCs, working drawings, and construction documentation.
N
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,SketchUp, Lumion, Revit (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and AI-based design tools.

- Experience in designingor executing residential villas and farmhouses will be an added advantage.
