Corporate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B/corporate sales by acquiring new enterprise clients and strategic partnerships.

- Identify and connect with HR Heads, Finance Leaders, CXOs, and decision-makers across organizations.

- Manage the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.

- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and ensure long-term engagement.

- Understand client requirements and position SalarySe’s financial wellness and employee benefit solutions effectively.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams including product, operations, onboarding, and customer success for smooth execution.

- Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, references, and outbound initiatives.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the corporate ecosystem.

- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 10+ years of experience in Corporate Sales / Enterprise Sales / B2B Sales.

- Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, Insurance, or SaaS industries preferred.

- Strong experience in enterprise client acquisition and relationship management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to interact and influence senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.

- Proven track record of achieving business and revenue targets.

- MBA preferred.

- Strong corporate network and relationship-building skills.
