Job Title: Hindi Telecaller

Experience: 0–2 Years

Location: Perundurai, Erode

Job Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients in Hindi.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
- Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up status in Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead-generation and follow-up targets.
- Maintain a polite and qualified relationship with customers.

Required Skills :

- Fluent Hindi communication is mandatory.
- Basic English/Tamil communication will be an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling ability.
- Target-oriented and positive attitude.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
