Hirely is recruiting Bilingual Hindi AI Safety Experts on behalf of one of our hiring partners. In this part-time remote role, you’ll use your Hindi language skills, cultural understanding, and analytical judgment to help evaluate and improve how advanced AI systems handle sensitive topics.

No prior AI or machine learning experience is required. Training will be provided on the evaluation workflow and guidelines.

What You’ll Do

- Write high-quality prompts in Hindi across a range of sensitive and challenging topics
- Evaluate AI-generated prompts and conversations using structured guidelines
- Classify content accurately and consistently
- Identify adversarial phrasing, escalation patterns, and potential safety concerns
- Document the reasoning behind your evaluations
- Apply cultural and linguistic judgment when assessing Hindi-language AI responses
- Follow project guidelines and maintain consistent evaluation quality

Who We’re Looking For

- Professional-level Hindi proficiency with strong ability to read and write Hindi naturally
- Business-level written English for understanding guidelines and documenting evaluations
- Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress
- Robust written communication and analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound judgment when working with sensitive or dual-use topics
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment





Relevant Experience Includes Experience in content review, content moderation, language evaluation, AI evaluation, data annotation, trust and safety, policy evaluation, red-teaming, quality assurance, research, technical writing, or other roles involving detailed written analysis and judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience reviewing or grading written or technical content
- Experience with AI safety, trust and safety, content moderation, or adversarial testing
- Familiarity with Hindi-language digital content and cultural context
- Previous experience working with structured evaluation guidelines

Compensation & Work Arrangement

- $18-$22 per hour
