nTitle : Senior Fund Accountant to AM - IC Role

nThe Entity Accountant will be responsible for the project to load deals to Geneva World Investor in preparation of books and records.

nResponsibilities include:

nPreparing and maintaining the books and records, for U.S. reporting purposes, of various types of legal entities organized under various jurisdictions;

nAccounting for inter-entity transactions;

nMonitoring the movements of cash within the deal and fund structures;

nCalculating allocations of income and expenses up to the different classes of limited partners of the private partnership investing funds; and

nWorking with Fund Accountants to reconcile differences between private partnership investing funds and their legal entities.

nRequired Experience

nBachelor's degree is required, preferably in accounting; CPA preferred;

n5+ years of accounting experience within the financial services industry preferred, but not required;

nStrong appreciation for the importance of investment structures and the maintenance of their books and records;

nStrong knowledge of reconciliation and account analysis;

nExcellent understanding of accounting and the ability to apply relevant company accounting rules;

nSolid analytical skills and ability to understand and resolve complex problems;

nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; and

nExperience with Geneva World Investor desirable.
