- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Screen, qualify & engage healthcare professionals
- Drive submissions, interviews & placements
- Build long-term candidate relationships
- Consistently achieve recruitment & placement targets

What We’re Looking For

2–6 years of recruitment experience

U.S. Healthcare Staffing experience preferred

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Robust sourcing and candidate engagement skills





Target-driven & highly motivated
