nAbout the Role
n
nWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Healthcare Partnerships Executive to build and manage CureAble’s network of doctors, clinics, hospitals and other healthcare professionals.
n
nThe person will be responsible for identifying potential partners, establishing relationships with doctors and healthcare institutions, developing referral partnerships and creating long-term collaborations that contribute to CureAble’s growth.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n
n1. Doctor & Healthcare Partnerships
n
n- Identify and onboard pediatricians, psychiatrists, psychologists, developmental specialists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
n- Build strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
n- Develop structured doctor referral and collaboration programs.
n- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with existing and prospective partners.
n
n2. Hospital & Clinic Tie-ups
n
n- Identify potential hospitals, clinics and healthcare institutions for partnerships.
n- Initiate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial collaboration models.
n- Coordinate with internal teams for successful execution of partnerships.
n- Maintain a database of all healthcare partners and partnership status.
n
n3. Business Development
n
n- Generate qualified referrals and business opportunities through the healthcare network.
n- Explore new channels for patient acquisition through doctors and healthcare institutions.
n- Develop local healthcare networks across Delhi-NCR.
n- Support expansion into new locations through strategic healthcare partnerships.
n
n4. Relationship Management
n
n- Maintain regular communication with partner doctors and institutions.
n- Understand partner requirements and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
n- Organise doctor meets, awareness sessions, workshops and professional engagement activities.
n- Build long-term relationships rather than one-time referral arrangements.
n
n5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
n
n- Maintain weekly and monthly partnership reports.
n- Track:
n- Recent doctors approached
n- Meetings conducted
n- Doctors onboarded
n- Active referral partners
n- Referrals generated
n- Conversions from referrals
n- Revenue generated through partnerships
n- Provide regular updates to the management team.

nCandidate Profile
n
n- 2–5 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, business development, doctor relations, hospital relations, medical sales or a similar role.
n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n- Comfortable meeting doctors and senior healthcare professionals.
n- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
n- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
n- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
n- Experience in healthcare, child development, therapy, hospitals, clinics or allied healthcare will be preferred.
n- Ability to work with targets and maintain structured reporting.
