Role Description The Healthcare AI Platform Full-Stack Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power HEALTHFLO’s healthcare AI platform. Day-to-day tasks include developing secure APIs and backend services, implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces, and integrating AI and data pipelines with the platform’s core features. The role involves collaborating with product, data, and clinical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, as well as writing clean,



testable code and participating in code reviews.

The engineer will monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture, deployment processes, and security practices.

Qualifications

- Robust back-end web development skills, including experience with APIs, databases, and scalable server-side architectures.
- Proficiency in front-end development, including modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Hands-on experience in software development and full-stack development, delivering production-grade web applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines for deployment and monitoring.
- Understanding of security best practices, data privacy, and compliance considerations in healthcare or other regulated industries.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team, with clear communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with healthcare systems, health data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7), or AI/ML integration is a plus.
