Solid understanding of underwriting, policy administration, claims, operations, and distribution across complex commercial lines

Hands-on experience in the US, UK (Lloyd's Market), and European insurance markets

10+ years of transformation delivery experience, leading business and technology change programs

Experience in operating model redesign, process transformation, and business consulting
