About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Healthcare Design Architect with 5+ years of professional experience and strong knowledge of hospital and healthcare facility design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning and designing healthcare projects, with a valuable understanding of hospital planning, functional requirements, healthcare standards, and coordination with consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural designs and layouts for hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and working drawings.
- Understand and implement healthcare planning principles and hospital functional requirements.
- Plan departments such as OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, emergency, diagnostics, patient areas, and support services.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, medical, and other project consultants.
- Review drawings and ensure design accuracy, functionality, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Prepare presentations, design proposals,



and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams when required.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably with significant experience in healthcare/hospital projects.
- Strong knowledge of hospital and healthcare design and planning.
- Understanding of healthcare standards, departmental planning, circulation, zoning, and functional relationships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Good design, documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle design responsibilities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
