Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Operations & Process Ownership:
- Lead end-to-end manpower planning, sourcing, interview frameworks, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
- Audit and standardize hiring workflows, evaluation scorecards, and ATS platforms to lower TAT and optimize cost-per-hire.
- Track key recruitment metrics (TAT, source mix, offer-to-join ratio, early attrition) and report insights to executive leadership.
- Team Leadership & Performance:
- Manage and mentor a team of 810 recruiters, setting performance targets and driving recruitment capabilities.
- Define and enforce SLAs between the TA team and departmental hiring managers.
- Executive, Niche & Niche Technical Hiring:
- Personally drive CXO, leadership, and critical technical mandates (e.g., CRO, Sales Head, Engineering Manager, AI Head, SME/CoE Leads).
- Build market intelligence, talent pipelines, and competitor mapping across AI/ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Sales, Product, and Operations functions.
- Manage confidential,



high-impact leadership hires directly alongside founders and CXO stakeholders.
- Onboarding & Employee Integration:
- Own candidate pre-engagement, induction, and 90-day onboarding experiences to ensure smooth transitions and high retention rates.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10–15 years of end-to-end TA experience within AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Deep Tech sectors.
- Leadership: Proven track record of directly managing a team of 8–10 recruiters.
- Technical Sourcing: Deep technical fluency to independently assess AI/ML, Data Engineering, and Cybersecurity talent.
- Executive Hiring: Demonstrated success closing CXO/leadership mandates and building passive leadership pipelines.
- Tech & Analytics: Proficiency with enterprise ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing, and recruitment analytics.
