Key Responsibilities:

- Lead R&D; activities for development and improvement of Ayurvedic, herbal and healthcare products.

- Develop recent formulations and improve existing products based on quality, efficacy, safety and market requirements.

- Conduct formulation trials, testing, validation and stability studies.

- Ensure formulations comply with applicable Ayurvedic regulatory and quality standards.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase and Regulatory teams for product development and commercialization.

- Maintain R&D; documentation, formulations, specifications and technical records.

- Research new herbs, ingredients, technologies and market trends to support innovation.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 8+ years of relevant R&D; experience in the Ayurvedic/Herbal/Healthcare manufacturing industry.

- Ayurveda background is mandatory.

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, raw materials and manufacturing processes.

- Good understanding of regulatory and quality requirements.

- Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
