We are looking for a motivated US Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and placing healthcare professionals across the US, with a primary focus on RN's, Travel Nurses, Pharmacists, Radiologists and Allied Healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, job boards, and social media.

- Strong social media searches and robust candidate engaging skills.

- Recruit RNs, LPNs/LVNs, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare candidates.

- Conduct candidate screening, qualification, and interview coordination.

- Verify skills, experience, licenses, certifications, and availability.





- Work with VMS/MSP platforms and healthcare staffing systems.

- Maintain accurate candidate information and activity in ATS.

- Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a continuous talent pipeline.

- Coordinate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.

- Meet daily/weekly sourcing, submission, and placement targets.

Preferred Skills: Excellent communication, strong sourcing skills, US healthcare recruiting knowledge, negotiation skills, and willingness to work US night shifts.
