NWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage Trade Finance operations within Wholesale Banking. The ideal candidate will bring 10–12 years of expertise in structuring, executing, and managing trade finance products, liability accquisition with robust exposure to corporate clients and cross-border transactions.

NKey Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end management of trade finance products including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Bills Discounting, Supply Chain Finance, and Export/Import financing.

- Manage client relationships with large corporates, ensuring seamless delivery of trade finance solutions aligned with their business needs.

- Structure complex tradetransactions, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
N
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers, Treasury, and Risk teams to deliver integrated wholesale banking solutions.
N
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify opportunities for growth, and enhance product profitability.

- Lead process improvements and digital initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency in trade finance.
N
- Stay updated on global trade regulations, ICC guidelines, and market trends to advise clients effectively.

nDesired Candidate Profile

- 10–12 years of experience in Trade Finance within Wholesale/Corporate Banking.
N
- Strong knowledge of trade products, UCP 600, ISBP, URDG, and other ICC rules.
N
- Proven track record in managing large corporate clients and structuring trade deals.
N
- Excellent understandingof risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
N
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
N
- Ability to lead teams and drive business growth in a competitive environment.

nQualifications

- MBA/CA/Equivalent professional degree in Finance, Banking, or International Trade.
N
- Certification in Trade Finance/ICC rules will be an added advantage.
