About Soleos Energy:

Soleos Energy is seeking a strategic commercial leader to spearhead its growth across Solar EPC, IPP/PPA and renewable-energy solutions . The role will drive profitable business growth, build high-value relationships with CXOs and key industrial customers, and develop a robust, sustainable sales pipeline.

The leader will also be responsible for building and scaling a high-performing commercial organization with a strong focus on growth, margins and long-term customer value . 12+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Power or Infrastructure with proven B2B leadership experience.

? What You’ll Lead

- Drive profitable order booking across Solar EPC and renewable-energy opportunities.
- Build and convert IPP/PPA, Group Captive, Open Access, RESCO and storage-backed opportunities .
- Develop strategic relationships with Promoters, CEOs, CFOs and key industrial customers .
- Grow key accounts through repeat business, multi-location projects and cross-selling.
- Build a high-performing sales organization with strong CRM, pipeline,



forecasting and pricing discipline .
- Lead managers, set targets and establish a performance-driven commercial culture.

? What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in Renewable Energy, Power or Infrastructure.
- Robust experience in Solar EPC or IPP/PPA , with commercial understanding of the other.
- Proven track record of closing significant B2B transactions .
- Experience managing sales managers and a multi-layer commercial team.
- Strong exposure to Group Captive, Open Access, PPA and industrial customers .
- Ability to negotiate with senior stakeholders and understand project economics, margins, working capital and commercial risks.
