About Us

We are a growing dermatology, aesthetic medicine and pharmacy business operating multiple clinics in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Over the past few years, we have built a strong clinical reputation and are now entering the next phase of growth.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on operations leader who can help build systems, develop managers, improve accountability and create a scalable organization.

This is not a corporate administrator role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, leading teams and taking ownership.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Founder & CEO and Medical Director and will have a significant role in shaping the future of the organization.

Role Overview The Head of Operations will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of our clinics and pharmacy business.

The role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a growing founder-led organization where systems are being continuously improved and scaled.

Over time, the role has the potential to evolve into a Chief Operating Officer (COO) position.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

- Ensure smooth functioning of all clinic locations.
- Improve patient experience and service quality.
- Monitor clinic productivity and operational efficiency.
- Standardize workflows and operational practices across centers.
- Ensure implementation and adherence to SOPs.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Pharmacy Operations

- Oversee pharmacy operations across locations.




- Improve inventory control and stock management.
- Monitor pharmacy performance and profitability.
- Develop systems to improve delivery and fulfilment processes.
- Support future pharmacy growth initiatives.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead clinic managers and operational staff.
- Build a strong second line of management.
- Coach and develop managers to become independent decision-makers.
- Conduct regular reviews, audits and operational meetings.
- Improve accountability across teams.

Process Improvement

- Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Build scalable systems and reporting mechanisms.
- Introduce process improvements and automation where appropriate.
- Develop KPIs and operational dashboards.

Founder Support

- Reduce dependency on the Founder for day-to-day operational decisions.
- Take ownership of problem-solving and execution.
- Escalate only strategic or high-impact issues.
- Drive execution of key organizational initiatives.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with HR, Finance, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
- Ensure alignment between departments.
- Support hiring, onboarding and performance management initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by:

- Clinic revenue and operational performance
- Pharmacy operational performance




- Patient experience and satisfaction
- Staff retention and team stability
- SOP implementation and compliance
- Reduction in operational escalations to the Founder
- Development of strong managers and team leaders
- Successful execution of strategic projects

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

- 712+ years of overall experience, preferably with 35+ years in a senior operations/management role. Experience managing multiple locations, teams or business units.
- Robust people management skills.
- Demonstrated success improving operational performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing organization.
