We’re looking for a hands-on leader with 8–10+ years of experience in real estate, robust exposure to high-value transactions, and the ability to lead teams and complex projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end real estate operations and transactions
- Personally manage and close high-ticket property deals
- Oversee Tax & Legal teams and cross-functional coordination
- Lead strategic projects from planning to execution
- Manage key clients, brokers and channel partners
- Build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency
