Position :Head of HR

Location: Ahmedabad | Work from Office

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Experience: 10+ Years Preferred

We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to take complete ownership of our HR function and play a key leadership role in building a scalable, high-performing organization.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR professional who can work closely with founders and senior management, strengthen HR systems, develop managers, resolve complex people matters, and build processes for long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management & Engagement
- Drive manpower planning and ensure timely, quality hiring
- Strengthen recruitment strategy, sourcing and interview processes
- Oversee onboarding, attendance, leave, confirmations, promotions and exits
- Optimize Keka HRMS for HR workflows, reporting and employee management
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts and disciplinary matters
- Partner with managers to improve accountability and team performance
- Build KRAs, KPIs, performance reviews and PIPs
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, dashboards,



systems and automation
- Track hiring, attrition, retention, productivity and workforce trends
- Build, mentor and lead a strong HR team

What We’re Looking For:

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong experience across Recruitment + HR Operations
- Experience supporting organizations of 150–500+ employees
- Strong leadership, decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience implementing HR systems and processes
- Strong HR analytics and reporting capabilities
- Keka HRMS experience preferred
- High integrity, maturity, confidentiality and qualified judgment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
