Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall technology strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.

- Establish and maintain robust governance, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to drive operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
- 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large-scale IT functions.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing large, multi-disciplinary technology teams.
- Strong expertise in enterprise applications, cloud technologies, systems integration, and data platforms.
- Experience managing complex technology environments within global or multi-location organizations.
- Deep understanding of IT governance, service management, enterprise architecture, and agile delivery methodologies.
- Proven experience leading digital transformation and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
