1. Key Mission

Build an engineering organization capable of developing Loom-owned hybrid inverter and BESS products that are:

- Safe

- Reliable

- Cost competitive

- Highly efficient

- Easy to install and service

- IoT/cloud connected

- Scalable from residential to C&I; applications

- Designed for Indian grid and operating conditions

- Ready for domestic and international markets

Primary objective: Build Loom's core power-electronics IP rather than remaining dependent on OEM products.

- Residential BESS

- C&I; BESS

- Battery packs

- BMS

- Energy gateway

- Monitoring platform

Define

PV → Inverter → Battery → Grid → Load → EV system architecture.

B. Hybrid Inverter Development

Lead development of

- 3 kW

- 5 kW

- 6 kW

- 8 kW

- 10 kW

- 15 kW+

- Three-phase hybrid inverter platforms

Key engineering areas
- MPPT

- DC/DC
