We are looking for a Head of AI / AI Subject Matter Expert to lead and shape the AI portfolio for a Japanese fintech product company.

Requirements Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the AI portfolio and strategy, driving AI-led transformation and innovation
- Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for customers and senior stakeholders
- Drive consulting engagements, solutioning, and AI strategy with enterprise customers
- Lead a team while remaining :40% hands-on in AI strategy, solution design, and problem-solving
- Work closely with business, product, and technology teams to identify and execute high-impact AI opportunities

What We're Looking For :

- 12+ years of overall experience,



with significant experience in AI/ML and consulting
- Experience from leading consulting firms such as BCG, Bain, McKinsey, or Accenture is preferred
- BTech or MTech from a top institute
- Robust experience in customer-facing, consulting, and stakeholder management roles
- Proven experience in leading AI portfolios/initiatives and teams
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to remain technically hands-on
- Experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services would be an advantage
