KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead end-to-end HR operations and workforce planning

Manage talent acquisition, hiring & onboarding

Drive employee engagement, retention & organizational culture

Handle employee relations, grievances & conflict resolution

Manage performance appraisal, KRA/KPI & PIP processes

Lead training & development initiatives

Ensure HR policies, documentation & statutory compliance

Prepare HR MIS and collaborate with senior management

REQUIRED PROFILE

Bachelor's / MBA (HR) or relevant qualification

5–8+ years of HR experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role

Solid knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations & compliance

Experience in HR policies, SOPs & process implementation

Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS & HR MIS

Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills

English & Hindi required; Marathi preferred

NGO / Social Impact / Development sector experience will be an advantage
