Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in corporate insurance, health insurance, motor insurance, NBFC, and general insurance segments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify current business opportunities and expand existing ones.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for customers' needs.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in the financial services industry with a focus on corporate insurance or related fields.

- Strong understanding of various types of insurance products such as health insurance, motor insurance, NBFCs etc. .

- Proven track record of building successful partnerships with corporates or other stakeholders.

- Excellent business development skills with ability to generate leads and close deals.
