To drive aftermarket sales, distribution, and market expansion by leading the sales team, developing dealer/distributor networks, and executing business strategies across India, with a special focus on the Southern and Eastern regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 Sales Representatives/KAMs across India.
- Drive sales, distribution, collections, and territory-wise business targets.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor, wholesale, and stockist networks.
- Acquire new customers/dealers and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Develop B2B business with mechanic clusters, retail auto hubs, and corporate fleet operators.
- Plan and execute dealer meets, mechanic meetings, exhibitions, canopy programs, visibility activities, and promotional schemes.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, commercial schemes, dealer incentives, and loyalty programs.
- Conduct market mapping and monitor competitor activities, pricing, products, and market trends.
- Ensure effective territory coverage,



regular market visits, and performance monitoring.
- Provide product and market training to the sales team.
- Support complaint and warranty handling.
- Drive business growth and improve market penetration across assigned regions.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with 8 - 12 years of relevant aftermarket sales experience, particularly those who have handled dealer/distributor networks, team management, and regional/national sales, will be preferred. Aftermarket industry experience is mandatory.
