Salary: Up to ₹70,000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily operations of the Bakery & Pastry section.
- Prepare and oversee high-quality vegetarian bakery and pastry products.
- Develop and maintain recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Handle a variety of products including breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, and other bakery items.
- Manage production planning, mise en place, and inventory requirements.
- Ensure proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure smooth coordination with the kitchen and management team.




- Monitor quality and ensure all products meet the required standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in Bakery & Pastry.
- Strong knowledge of bakery, pastry, desserts, and vegetarian preparations.
- Positive understanding of production planning, costing, and inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Creative, organized, and quality-focused approach.

Work Location: Sector 37, Gurgaon

Salary: Up to ₹70,000 CTC
