About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Design Engineer – Embedded Systems to join our Design & Development team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end hardware development, including schematic design, PCB verification, prototyping, board testing, test jig creation, and managing external lab certification testing. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to transition designs into production and support validation testing.

Key Responsibilities

- Hardware & Schematic Design: Create low-level hardware design documentation, perform schematic design, netlist generation, Gerber verification, harness design, and Bill of Materials (BOM) preparation.
- Prototyping & Testing: Handle board prototyping, initial board testing, parametric testing in internal labs, and design simulation for interface testing and test jigs.
- Software & Driver Integration: Collaborate with the software team for hardware driver integration, module testing, and board preparation.
- Certification & Compliance:



Coordinate with external labs to execute hardware certification testing and ensure compliance standards.
- Production Handover & Training: Prepare test procedures, wiring diagrams, and training documentation. Impart training and debugging sessions to production, ESG, and support teams for factory handovers.
- Validation & Documentation Support: Assist the validation team with positive/negative test cases and provide technical inputs for user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and repair manuals.
- Component Management: Manage component obsolescence and source alternatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience:
- B.E./B.Tech: 2+ years of hands-on experience in hardware design tools.
- Diploma: 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Design Tools: Hands-on experience with Schematic Design and PCB design software.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Solid expertise in power supplies, microcontrollers, processors, system buses, and communication/Ethernet protocols.
- Sound understanding of the full hardware design life cycle, prototyping, and hardware driver integration.
- Documentation & Software: Familiarity with documentation tools such as MS PowerPoint, Visio, or Snagit.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
