Responsibilities:

- Prepare Indian sweets, desserts and traditional sweet dishes.

- Prepare items like Gulab Jamun, Jalebi, Ladoo, Barfi, Kheer, Shrikhand and other sweets.

- Handle large-quantity preparation for catering events and functions.

- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation.

- Ensure proper use and storage of ingredients.

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.

- Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely preparation and service.

- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.

✅ Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Halwai / Sweet Maker in catering, hotel or restaurant preferred.

- Good knowledge of Indian sweets and desserts.

- Ability to prepare food in bulk quantities.

- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.

- Good teamwork and time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Adaptable to work during events and catering functions.

- Freshers with basic knowledge may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
