Job Profile – Gunman / Armed Security Guard

Designation: Gunman / Armed Security Guard

Protect the client, premises, property, and valuable assets from security threats.

Carry and handle the authorized firearm responsibly and strictly follow applicable laws, licence conditions, and company SOPs.

Maintain a high level of alertness and monitor the assigned area for suspicious activities.

Control and verify the entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and other persons as instructed.

Conduct security checks and report any suspicious activity, incident, theft, or unauthorized access immediately.

Maintain proper records of visitors, incidents, rounds, and other security-related activities.

Remain present at the assigned post and perform regular security patrols as directed.

Respond appropriately to emergencies and immediately inform the supervisor/client and police or other authorities where required.

Maintain proper uniform, grooming, discipline, and professional conduct.





Safeguard the firearm, ammunition, and other security equipment issued to him.

Follow all instructions issued by the Security Supervisor/Operations Manager and client representative.

Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the company.

Valid arms licence/authorization as applicable.

Relevant experience in armed security preferred.

Physically fit, alert, disciplined, and responsible.

Good communication and observation skills.

Knowledge of basic emergency and security procedures.

Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, Sundays, and holidays.Bottom of Form

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 72.0 per week
