Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to interact professionally with patients, attendants, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist patients, attendants, and visitors at the hospital.

Handle patient and visitor queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Coordinate with various hospital departments to ensure smooth patient experience.

Guide patients and attendants regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.

Address basic concerns and escalate issues to the concerned team when required.





Maintain a skilled and courteous approach while interacting with patients.

Support the hospital team in maintaining a positive patient experience.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory/preferred.

Pleasant personality with a patient and service-oriented approach

Good listening, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Willingness to work in a hospital environment
