Role Description The Guest Relations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. This role involves greeting and welcoming walk-in clients and visitors, managing reception duties such as answering phone calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining visitor records.

The Guest Relations

Executive will support clients throughout their visit, including explaining basic project details, coordinating with sales team members, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Day-to-day responsibilities also include responding to guest queries, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing the front office area,



and escalating issues to the appropriate team members when needed. The role requires maintaining a courteous, service-oriented approach to uphold MANSION REALTORS’ standards of client care.

Qualifications

- Strong guest relations and customer service skills, with a focus on creating a welcoming and professional environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Experience with receptionist duties, including managing calls, visitor logs, appointments, and front office operations.
- Basic sales skills to support the sales team, assist in explaining property features, and guide guests through initial stages of the sales process.
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work in office full time in Pimpri Chinchwad, managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with real estate or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
