Role Description The GSA / Sr. GSA – F&B; Service is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service in line with HRH Group of Hotels’ heritage standards. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing table settings to ensure a refined and seamless dining experience.

The team member will coordinate with kitchen staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in service areas, and follow all safety and quality protocols. Daily responsibilities include handling guest queries and feedback, up-selling menu items, supporting banquet and event service, and assisting with inventory and replenishment of F&B; supplies. The GSA / Sr.





GSA will work closely with supervisors and colleagues to meet service targets and uphold the brand’s guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage knowledge, with the ability to manage orders, service flow, and menu familiarity.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Foundational Culinary Skills to understand food preparation basics, presentation standards, and kitchen coordination.
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant F&B; service, preferably in a premium or heritage hospitality environment.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and stand for extended periods during service.
- Attention to detail, grooming aligned with luxury hospitality standards, and adherence to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Degree/ Diploma or certificate in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred; on-the-job training experience in F&B; service is an advantage.
