Role Description: The Growth Marketing Associate role is a full time remote position based in Gurugram. In this role, the associate will support end-to-end growth initiatives, including planning and executing campaigns to drive user acquisition, brand awareness, and pipeline generation.

Daily responsibilities include conducting market and audience research, optimizing marketing funnels, collaborating with sales and product teams on go-to-market efforts, and tracking performance metrics across channels. The associate will help create and refine messaging, manage projects and timelines,



coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and identify new opportunities for growth in the offline industry and automation ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including audience analysis, competitive benchmarking, and insights generation.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, including lead nurturing, collaboration with sales teams, and understanding of revenue funnels.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills, including campaign planning, performance tracking, and familiarity with digital and growth marketing tactics.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including organizing tasks, managing timelines, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
- Comfort with data analysis tools and dashboards, and the ability to interpret metrics to inform decisions.
- Experience in planning customer acquisition campaigns using various platforms
- Experience or strong interest in startups, advertising technology, or community-led experiences is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
