Growth Marketeer — Isharya & Indinoor

About the Role

Own performance marketing, CRM and growth analytics for Isharya & Indinoor. Drive profitable growth across paid channels, retention and customer lifecycle while using data to make smarter marketing and inventory decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own revenue, CAC, ROAS, LTV and payback across Meta, Google and other paid channels.
- Manage and drive performance across agencies, SEO and CRM partners.
- Lead WhatsApp, SMS & Email campaigns including acquisition, repeat purchase, win-back and VIP journeys.
- Analyse campaign, customer, cohort and funnel data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Work closely with Creative to build data-led performance creatives, hooks and testing plans.
- Partner with Merchandising to identify hero SKUs, category opportunities, promotions and inventory priorities.
- Track SKU/category performance, sell-through and inventory and align marketing spends accordingly.
- Build and maintain dashboards,



tracking and reporting across GA4, Meta and other platforms.
- Continuously test, learn and optimise campaigns based on data and commercial outcomes.

What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of experience in Performance/Growth Marketing, preferably D2C/E-commerce.
- Strong hands-on understanding of Meta, Google Ads, funnel metrics and CRM.
- Robust data analysis and commercial acumen — comfortable with CAC, ROAS, LTV, margins and cohorts.
- Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytics skills; experience with GA4 and dashboards is a plus.
- A test-and-learn mindset, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
- Premium/lifestyle/fashion/e-commerce experience is a plus.
