About the RoleWe are looking for a Growth Intern who is curious, proactive, and excited to learn how businesses grow through digital marketing, social media, outreach, research, and experimentation.

You will get hands-on exposure to real growth activities rather than only theoretical learning.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential clients, markets, industries, and competitors.
- Identify new opportunities for business growth and lead generation.
- Assist with social media and content distribution.
- Support LinkedIn and other online outreach activities.
- Research and build relevant prospect lists.
- Assist in testing different growth and marketing strategies.
- Track outreach, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Analyze what is working and suggest improvements.
- Support the marketing team with day-to-day growth experiments.
- Maintain organized records and reports of assigned activities.

Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, Sales, and Business Development.




- Good research and communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google, social media, and basic online tools.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to experiment.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks on time.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, or similar tools is a plus.
