Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Grooming & Communication English Trainer to train candidates/students in spoken English, professional communication, personality development, and workplace etiquette.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions on spoken English, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

Improve learners’ verbal and written communication skills.

Provide training in grooming, body language, professional etiquette, and personality development.

Conduct activities such as group discussions, role plays, presentations, and mock interviews.

Assess learners’ communication and grooming skills and provide constructive feedback.

Prepare training materials, exercises, and lesson plans.

Help candidates develop confidence for interviews and professional environments.





Track learners’ progress and maintain training records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Communication, HR, Education, or a related field.

Excellent spoken and written English.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in English training, soft-skills training, grooming, or personality development is preferred.

Confident, patient, and engaging training style.

Freshers with excellent English communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
