Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Graphics Designer & Video Editor. The role involves designing visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and branding materials, including logos and marketing collateral.

The Graphics

Designer & Video Editor will create and edit video content such as promotional videos, product demos, social media reels, and motion graphics. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and development teams to understand creative requirements, translating concepts into engaging visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all designs and videos.



The role also includes preparing assets for various digital platforms, optimizing files for performance, and staying updated on design and video trends relevant to digital marketing.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clean, modern, and engaging visual content.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Solid understanding of Typography, with the ability to choose and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand tone.
- Experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Ability to storyboard, edit, and produce videos optimized for web and social media platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant education in Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
