Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can independently handle the end-to-end visual development of STEM educational products—from box packaging and product graphics to instruction manuals, activity books, and educational content.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with print-ready artwork, packaging dielines, illustrations, typography, layouts, and brand consistency, while collaborating closely with the product and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

Packaging & Box Design

- Design complete packaging for educational products.
- Work with box dielines, dimensions, folds, cuts, bleed, and print specifications.
- Create front, back, side-panel and internal packaging graphics.
- Develop packaging concepts that are educational, attractive, child-friendly, and commercially appealing.
- Prepare final artwork for printing and coordinate with printers/vendors when required.

Graphic & Visual Design
- Create product illustrations, icons, infographics, stickers, labels, cards, worksheets, and other visual assets.
- Develop graphics for educational activities and STEM projects.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, illustrations, and overall brand language.
- Adapt designs across different formats and product ranges.
- Manual & Instruction Guide Development
- Design user manuals, assembly guides, activity guides, and instruction sheets.
- Convert technical/project information into simple, visually understandable layouts.
- Create step-by-step illustrations and diagrams where required.
- Ensure manuals are properly structured and print-ready.

Book & Educational Content Design
- Design activity books, workbooks, project books,



and educational booklets.
- Handle page layouts, illustrations, tables, diagrams, and visual hierarchy.
- Work with the content team to make educational information engaging and age-appropriate.
- Manage long documents while maintaining consistent styles and formatting.

Print & Production
- Prepare CMYK, bleed, crop marks and other print-ready files.
- Understand different printing processes and paper/packaging materials.
- Check artwork carefully before sending it for production.
- Coordinate with external printers and vendors to resolve artwork/production issues.

Required Software Skills

Essential

- CorelDRAW – Robust
- Adobe Illustrator – Strong
- Adobe Photoshop – Intermediate/Strong
- Adobe InDesign – Intermediate/Strong

Good to have:
- Adobe Acrobat / PDF prepress
- Basic understanding of 3D packaging/mockups
- Basic animation/motion graphics
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools

What We're Looking For The candidate should:
- Have 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Be able to take a project from concept → design → revisions → final print-ready artwork.
- Have strong attention to detail.
- Understand packaging design and print production, not just digital graphics.
- Have good typography and layout skills.
- Be capable of creating simple illustrations and diagrams.
- Understand how to design for children, parents, teachers, and educational environments.
- Be comfortable handling multiple products/projects simultaneously.
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
- Have good communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
