About the Role

We are looking for a Graphic & Video Designer to join our Marketing team and create high-quality visual content across our products and marketing channels.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can work across graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, social media creatives, digital marketing assets and marketing communications.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Product and Sales teams to turn ideas, campaigns and product messaging into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Create social media creatives, campaign graphics, digital ads, website banners, landing-page visuals and marketing collateral.
- Design infographics, presentations, pitch decks, sales enablement materials, one-pagers, brochures and product communication assets.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs for different platforms, formats and campaign requirements.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple products and marketing channels.

Video & Motion Design

- Create and edit marketing videos, product videos, explainer videos, promotional videos, social media videos, reels and short-form video content.
- Produce motion graphics, animated text, transitions, screen recordings and product demonstrations.
- Convert static designs and marketing concepts into engaging video content.
- Edit existing footage, voiceovers, screen recordings and other visual assets into polished videos.
- Create videos optimized for LinkedIn, YouTube,



websites, presentations and digital campaigns.

Marketing Content & Campaign Support

- Work with the marketing team on campaign creatives, product launches, demand-generation campaigns, brand campaigns and social media content.
- Translate marketing briefs and product messaging into strong visual concepts.
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing, paid advertising and campaign optimization.
- Support Sales and Marketing with sales presentations, product demos, customer-facing videos and sales enablement content.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of graphic design and visual communication.
- Hands-on experience with video editing and video creation.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, color, branding and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating motion graphics and short-form video content.
- Ability to understand a marketing brief and independently develop the creative output.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to create content for different formats, aspect ratios and digital platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment and manage multiple priorities.

Tools & Software Solid working knowledge of relevant design and video-production tools such as:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- Figma
- Canva
- CapCut or other professional video-editing tools

Note : Not need to be experts in every tool, but should have strong proficiency in the tools relevant to their core design and video workflow.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing or Marketing Creative Design.
- Experience working with a B2B SaaS, technology, software or digital marketing company is a plus.
- Experience creating LinkedIn and social media content for B2B brands.
- Experience with product marketing, performance marketing, paid social creatives or sales enablement content is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of storyboarding, visual storytelling and video scripting is a plus.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools for design, video or content production is an advantage.
