About the Role

nWe are looking for a Graphic Designer to create visually engaging and impactful content for political campaigns, digital platforms, and public-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative eye, attention to detail, and the ability to translate political narratives and ideas into compelling visual communication.

nRoles & Responsibilities

- Design social media creatives, campaign assets, infographics, presentations, posters, and other visual content.
n
- Translate campaign narratives, ideas, and strategic messaging into engaging visual concepts.
n
- Work closely with strategy, communications, creative, and digital teams to develop campaign communication.
n
- Create platform-specific designs for Instagram, YouTube, X, and other digital channels.
n
- Develop creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audiences.
n
- Work on typography, layouts, illustrations, photo editing, and basic motion graphics where required.
n
- Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and emerging visual communication styles.
n




- Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.

nRequirements

n

n
- 2–4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
n
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design tools.
n
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour, composition, and visual storytelling.
n
- Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms.
n
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
n
- Good understanding of current affairs, politics, and digital media will be an advantage.
n
- Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
