Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Jodhpur.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, and campaign assets that support training, entrepreneurship, and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing logos and branding elements, selecting effective typography, and ensuring consistent visual identity across all materials. The role involves collaborating with program, marketing, and outreach teams to understand requirements, translating ideas into explicit visual communication,



and preparing files optimized for various platforms and formats.

The Graphic

Designer will also refine existing designs, maintain brand guidelines, and contribute creative ideas to improve youth engagement and program visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Ability to create professional Logo Design and Branding assets for programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout, with an eye for clear, accessible visual communication.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, coreldraw, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative, impactful design work across different formats and audiences.
- Ability to work on-site in Jodhpur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, openness to feedback, and commitment to inclusive, culturally sensitive design.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; experience in education, non-profit, or social impact sectors is an advantage.
