Key Responsibilities

- Design creative posters for loan products, investment schemes, fixed deposits, gold loans, and other financial products.

- Create social media creatives for campaigns, festivals, offers, and customer engagement.

- Develop brochures, flyers, standees, banners, and other marketing collateral.

- Design WhatsApp creatives, email banners, and website promotional graphics.

- Ensure all designs follow the company's brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand campaign requirements.

- Create basic motion graphics or short promotional videos for digital platforms (preferred).

- Edit and optimize images for print and digital media.





- Maintain an organized library of design assets and templates.

- Deliver creative designs within agreed timelines while maintaining high quality.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

- Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects is an added advantage.

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

- Creative thinking with attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

- Positive communication and collaboration skills.
